Q: How to place an order

A: 1. Lab Dips or samples approval. (sent it out by express, such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT etc.)

2. Client make the depoist in advance when contract signed

3. Bulk production.

4. Shipping sample approval.

5. Arranging balanced payment.

6. Payment usually accept T/T, L/C at sight, other terms should be negotiabale in advance

Q: Will your company send free samples?
A: We can offer you free samples at lab-dip, palm’s size(about 10cm x 10cm )or A4 size. And you only need to pay the express cost. For samples in larger size or designated colors, we have to apply some additional surcharge. For more details, please contact us.

Q: Do you accept customized orders?
A: Yes, we accept customized dyeing&printing orders. If the colors/pattern required by you are not available at us, we can dye/print the required colors/pattern for you based on your color samples or the Pantone reference numbers and pattern draft. For more details, please contact us.

A: 1.In Stock Goods: the MOQ is one yard for colors available in stock. If you are interested in buying our stock products in large quantity, please email us directly. Whole sale price is one roll, one roll about 50-55 inches.

2.Silk customized dyeing: 165 yard per type per color.

3.Silk customized printing: 1100 yard per type per color.

4.Imitation silk customized dyeing: 1350 yard per type per color.

5.Imitation silk customized printing: 1550 yard per pattern.

6.There is no minimum order quantity for digital printing of silk fabric/imitation silk fabric.

7.If your order quantity is less than MOQ, we are sorry that some additional surcharge will be added. For more details, please contact us.

Q: How long will it take or What's the lead time?

A: It depends on the order information. The more information you can give us the more accurate our lead time is for you.

On average, the time for sampling order is 3-5 working days from the time that we receives an accurate original sample/Pantone No. for dyeing or 5-7 working days from the time that we receives an accurate sample/artwork file for printing. Accurate scheduling occurs after order information is reviewed.

On average, the turn around time for bulk production is 10-15 working days from the time that you confirm the strike off and we get 30% deposit or full payment for bulk orders.

Q: How do I submit my designs?

A: For artworks, please send them by WeTransfer or Dropbox and send me the links. We will download by ourselves. For physical samples, such as swatches or dresses, you may send them to our office after you check with us.

Q: How wide are the fabrics?

A: The regular widths at us are 114cm(45") and 140cm (55"). If any other width is needed, please check with us by email.
